Notice is hereby given to all members of the Jersey Rugby Football Club confirming that the Annual General Meeting will be held at the Jersey Rugby Football Club at 8pm on Tuesday 23rd May 2017.

2. Apologies for absence.
3. To approve the minutes of the last AGM and decisions taken at subsequent
EGMs.
4. Receive the following reports:

· Treasurer
5. Election of officers as detailed in the Club constitution.

(these have been prepared, and are waiting final sign off by the auditors).

Additional proposals can be submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary before the meeting if duly proposed and seconded.
Any proposals or nominations for election as a Committee member must be sent in writing to the Honorary Secretary 14 days prior to the AGM.
