The Jersey RFC ground has passed a pitch inspection this
morning carried out ahead of tomorrow's Greene King IPA
Championship match against Nottingham.
Assistant Referee Lionel Spooner (pictured talking to
Groundsman Myles Landick) carried out the inspection at 10am
after travelling to the Island on a morning flight from
Gatwick.
The inspection followed a week of wet weather on the Island,
however the pitch has stood up well to a large volume of
rainfall.
Saturday's game kicks off at 3pm with Jersey looking for a large
home support to cheer on the Island side in a crucial
encounter.

Car parking will be available for spectators on the Airport
Field with access from Avenue de la Commune opposite the petrol
