There were jubilant scenes in the clubhouse and by visiting supporters at the Madejski Stadium as Jersey secured an historic win against London Irish to claim their place in the British & Irish Cup final.
A very even first half saw the Reds go in at the break with a 7-10 advantage.
The Reds were first to score in the second half as a Sheedy penalty put us in the danger zone and a catch and drive with resulting 'pick and gos' saw Haining score.
Irish hit back with a converted try and then a penalty to take the lead, and after that it was all Jersey.
Salad scored the decisive try and Sheedy kicked the conversion from the touchline to put it beyond doubt and to extend the unbeaten streak to 10.
