There are a handful of seats remaining on our charter flight to Cornwall for the game against Cornish Pirates over the Easter weekend – Saturday/Sunday April 11th/12th – one of the great rugby weekends!
This promises to be a cracking mini-tour to one of Britain's rugby heartlands, with a terrific contest in prospect between two of the sides who have built up a great rivalry during their eight seasons in the Greene King IPA Championship.
Full details of the trip are as follows:
Sat Apr 11th
10am: flight departs Jersey
11am: land at Newquay Airport
afternoon/evening: at leisure, or you could join fellow tourists as we repeat the very enjoyable trip to Skinner’s Brewery in Truro - the place where Jersey Pride is brewed (and available to sample!).
Sun Apr 12th
2.00pm: kick-off for Cornish Pirates v Jersey Reds, Mennaye Field
5.45pm: leave Mennaye Field
6.45pm: arrive Newquay Airport
7.45pm: flight departs Newquay Airport
8.45pm: land in Jersey
The cost of the return flight to Newquay is £236 per person.
Due to the range of locations and prices for accommodation, we don’t intend to offer a full package including a designated hotel. Those coming on the trip will need to arrange their own hotel for one night. There will be coach transport arranged on arrival (to the brewery and Penzance, or straight to Penzance), and after the game the next day for the journey from the ground to Airport. There may be a modest charge to cover these transfers.
If you’re interested, please email Kate Innes with your name and the number of places you want as soon as possible - the remaining seats will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
