An extraordinary and high scoring game ultimately saw the home side secure an eight-try, bonus point win over Nottingham.
The Reds were first on to the scoreboard before Nottingham had a 20 minute spell where they siezed control and scored a penalty and four unanswered tries.
Jersey then started the fight back, and turned around at 21-29.
The Reds continued in the second half where they left off and scored five more tries to secure the win on a beautiful, sunny afternoon at Stade Santander International.
