A really impressive performance and a stunning win under the lights against a very strong and physical Yorkshire side.
The Reds were first to score through Haining after a sustained period of pressure camped on their line, but it wasn't long before Yorkshire hit back with a converted try of their own to take the lead.
Sheedy slotted a penalty to put the homeside back in front, and then in the final minutes of the half Jersey scored the try of the game. Haining broke from the back of the scrum on our 5m and galloped up field. The ball was moved through hands before being recycled, and it was Davies who got the crucial score to turn around with a 13-7 advantage.
As the game entered the final stages the scores were tied at 19-19 before Cuthbert finished off a move to score the winning try, and then it was just as case of holding on... which the Reds did, to the delight of the home faithful!
