Having gone in at the break at 10-10 scoring 2 tries to 1, the
Jersey faithful had reason to believe that they were in with a
shout as they were playing the second half with the wind behind
them.
Bristol retook the lead on 63 minutes with a catch and drive
score in front of the Bowl, but the conversion fell short -
10-15.
Jersey bounced back and got a converted score of their own to
lead by 17-15, but Bristol kept up the pressure and with two late
scores in the final five minutes took full points and left
Jersey heartbroken with nothing to show for their efforts.
