Jersey RFC will be offering free admission to anyone aged 18 or
under for this weekend's crucial Greene King IPA Championship
fixture against London Scottish.
The club has raised the bar for free admission by two years for
the final home league match of the season on Saturday at St Peter
(kick-off 2pm).
"We are aware that young supporters will not want to miss one of
the biggest games in the club's history, and so they'll be able to
come in free so long as they have proof-of-age," said Chairman Bill
Dempsey.
The large numbers of students back on the Island for the Easter
holiday have also been reminded that they can attend the match at
the concession rate of £5 on production of appropriate
identification confirming that they are full-time students.
"We have a loyal band of students based in England who come and
watch our away games when they can, often paying full-price
admission to do so, so we're hoping they can join us for a home
fixture during their holidays where it's just a fiver to get in,"
added Dempsey.
