It was suggested at the AGM at the end of May that we would hold
an EGM on Thursday 2nd August to ratify the club's accounts,
however this will now not be possible.
There has been a slight delay in preparing the club accounts
that is attributable to the transition in change of club
treasurer.
The accounts have now been passed to Grant
Thornton, our auditors, and we have been advised that they are
unlikely to finish the audit process until September.
Notification will go out in due course when we are in
a position to set a revised date for the meeting, and the Executive
committee apologise for the deferement.
