Yorkshire Carnegie laid down a marker with a thumping eight-try victory over Moseley on Sunday to set up one of two all-Greene King IPA Championship British & Irish Cup semi-finals against Jersey.
A week after they had beaten the same opposition in the Championship, the Headingley side romped home 50-3, with Taylor Prell, Andy Forsyth and Chris Walker all running in doubles in the quarter-final clash.
Moseley actually led 3-0 early on, but were quickly dispatched, with four tries before half-time, Forsyth's brace and two more from Chris Pilgrim and Oli Goss.
Prell then crossed twice early in the second half and then Walker finished the job in the closing stages with a double of his own.
They will now take on a Jersey side which had an altogether tougher task reaching the last four, battling to a 19-15 win away at Bedford Blues.
In their first-ever knock-out cup game since reaching the national leagues, the Reds picked up a third win of the season against Bedford.
James Freeman was the star of the show for the visitors, scoring three tries, all from rolling mauls, as they battled to victory.
His third try, with the team trailing by three points, secured the victory, and they now face another away day, this time at Carnegie.
The other semi-final will pit familiar foes London Welsh and Cornish Pirates against one another after both saw off tough opposition.
On Saturday Welsh emerged victorious in arguably the game of the quarter-finals, a 45-39 win over Leinster A.
The 11-try thriller went right down to the wire, with Leinster looking like they had stolen it thanks to Brian Byrne's 77th-minute score.
But there was a sting in the tail, with the Exiles' Josh Drauniniu crossing in the final play of the game to sneak the win, his second try of the afternoon.
It was all the more impressive given that Welsh had been delayed in their flight over because of fog so had to deal with less than ideal preparation.
They will take on Cornish Pirates in the semi-final and Old Deer Park after their impressive 38-19 win over Doncaster Knights.
In what will be the final season under departing director of rugby Ian Davies, the 2010 champions ran in six tries in all in a convincing win.
The teams will now face on Saturday at 12.30, while Yorkshire Carnegie host Jersey on Sunday at 3pm with the Greene King IPA Championship providing all four semi-finalists.
