Jersey Head Coach Harvey Biljon has confirmed his squad for the
crucial Greene King IPA Championship clash with London Scottish,
which takes place at 2pm on Saturday at St Peter.
The Islanders' last home match of the season is one they must
win to ensure that, at worst, they maintain their lead over
relegation rivals Ealing Trailfinders, who are in action an hour
later at Brickfields in Plymouth.
Jersey's starting pack includes the return of skipper Alex Rae,
who missed last weekend's clash with London Welsh - the first
league game he's missed this season - and James Voss who was on the
bench. The duo replaced Joe Buckle and Dave Markham, who revert to
the bench.
In the backs, Nicky Griffiths and David Bishop are selected to
start, with Mark McCrea switching to the wing and Drew Locke
dropping to the bench. Also named as front row cover among the
replacements are Jersey's longest-standing player, tight-head prop
Jon Brennan, and the youngest member of the squad, 19-year-old
hooker Luke Stratford.
Jersey will be looking to avenge a 29-3 defeat at the Richmond
Athletic Ground last November.
