Jersey's British & Irish Cup matches against Connacht Eagles this December have now been confirmed, following a delay as the Irish province finalised their European Challenge Cup fixtures.
The B&I Cup match at the Showground in Galway will be on Saturday December 12th, kicking off at 2.30pm. Connacht will host their Challenge Cup match against Newcastle Falcons the previous evening.
The following weekend Jersey will host the Irish side at St Peter. The game on Saturday December 19th will kick off at 2pm, 30 minutes earlier than the provisional time, in order that our opponents can travel home after the match.
Confirmation is awaited of the away match against a Dragons Select XV which will take place on the weekend of November 20th- 22nd. The Organising Committee remain in discussion with the host club and potential broadcast partners about this fixture. Jersey will host the Dragons on Saturday January 16th, while the other B&I pool games will be against Championship rivals Doncaster Knights.
