A fantastic first half display by the Reds saw them go in at the break with a 21-6 lead, and there was a very happy buzz around St Peter.
The Reds controlled the ball well for the most part, scoring 2 tries in each half, and Sheedy kept the score ticking along with successful penalty strikes in between.
The final score possibly doesn't reflect the game, but full credit must go to the Pirates who never gave up and duly notched a brace of tries in the final 10 minutes of the match to regain some respectability.
